| This Department covers all children disputes arising from divorce and separation and domestic violence injunctions. The Department prides itself on the fact that it is able to offer a prompt and swift service to those clients and their children who need the urgent protection of the court. | |||

| The members of this Department are well known in the East Midlands area for their dedication and level of expertise in representing both parents and children in care proceedings. The Department's work ranges from advising clients in the initial investigation by Social Services to representation in court proceedings. | |||
| In addition, we are able to advise upon issues arising from cohabitation, separation and child support disputes. | |||
